How to do crunches correctly?

  1. lie down on the floor on something slightly soft
  2. bend your knees, place your feet flat on the floor
  3. raise your arms and place your hands behind your head
  4. your back should be flat on the floor
  5. tense your abs, raise yourself up using your abdominal muscles and lower
  6. breathe out at the top
