Before you begin, make sure to complete a warm up: complete 1-2 rounds of one of the following workouts at home:

Take 1-2 minutes rest between each circuit and repeat each circuit 2-3 times depending on your fitness level. Do one of the following stretches after the workout:

You can make this workout more advanced by removing the 10 seconds rest between each exercise, or you can make it less advanced by doing only 10 reps of each exercise and taking longer rests.
