I was overweight until my late twenties, never had any energy to do anything! I don’t want to go back to that lifestyle and I want to help you feel great about your body too!

In my spare time I take walks in nature with my partner and our dogs. I read the stoics, and study personal development. I also never stop learning new things, including all the latest fitness and nutrition trends. And of course I workout and try to eat healthy as often as possible. I am an introvert, and proud to be one!
